Good infrastructure and good scope for development but the management is out of focus and vision. All development initiatives are not much appreciated and they fall in old lines of practice.

Dislikes

No proper vision clarity. They exploit employees out of one's job description and use them for the jobs or tasks pending and later accuse or charge for errors and mistakes in the job executed. Very poor people management. Highly toxic work environment. The senior officials are not properly mentored and they form groupism and torture and terminate highly competent employees who are not in their favour. Moreover over the senior management doesn't consider the past performance, they dwell over the present crisis and punish employees without mercy.
