...if it is possible to get work for free then go for it. There is no job security. If we talk about work culture, there is no work culture, you have to do overtime without pay. No salary increment. Management is very cheap. If you work hard then you have to work hard and if you don't want to work hard, you just have to make excuses and keep your boss happy. In last 5 year I didn't find anything good about it.

No salary increment. No payment for overtime. No job security. If you work hard, you are a fool, and if you are good at butter your boss don't need to work much.

As used to do work with mutual understanding. Working together as required every staff. I work with motivational support from the Chairman of the Institute.

Dislikes

The management Assessment of hardworking people is not appreciable. There is no proper system for the support of hardworking people. Some people do not give proper feedback to management.
