...nagement, and poor job security. HR Blackmails people to leave job by resigning. Also, not giving enough salary and there is no working hours. Executives are forced to work 24x7.

They will use you by showing you big dreams, the garden managers are the worst. They will humiliate at all times infront of clerks and workers, show no support, and make your life a living hell. And politics runs high in the company.

Good facilities for employees like living food, petrol and other benefits which are not provided in other companirs

Dislikes

Work life balance is not guaranteed due to night duties, which is major drawback of any food industry.

The worst experience I ever had in my life. The work environment is too bad there they don’t know how to treat juniors and the feeling of envy is too much there. And the job security level is too low anytime Anyday they can throw out employees from there according to their wish and that too without proper reasons.
