No Salary benefits. Without any reason they will deduct 25% of salary as a performance deduction. If sales not happen they deduct from operator level, quality, overall all department. They is no food facilities for 2nd shift and night shift (even snakes also). Everyday new rules but conclusion of the rules is salary deduction. No salary increment every year it's depends on MD mood. Yearly bonus not full salary it's below your basic salary. Health insurance is their but deduct from your salary. MD know only how to save his money by deducting from employees.Its like British rule before how they rule is.All employees do agriculture work their. Only benefits for whom who don't know work only know how to do as a bucket work their like stores head, production old incharges etc.I suggest don't join this company,it's going to waste ur life. Food also not free they charge for it. No transportation facilities.

I left m job beacuse of production manager is very bad. Treates others like slave. A frequently salary cuts and torturing job. He does too much of fraud activities cheating the company. advise to others please don;t join here they will tell initial salary is 25000 per month but they will reduce and give 15000 less and more working hrs

Amado tool.good work enviorment and culture. Teamates are supportive and manageement is tranparent, company polices is good

There is lot of politics and the management doesnot adreds our issue. Salary is decent carees but career growth is slow.

Company will not provide our experience certificate in the in amado letter head. Thy will take our original certificates while joining. All the jobs are contract basis only. Good learning place. Some peoples who are from higher position will treat you like slave. Except the ceo of that company, most of the people are not good.

It's better to gain knowledge and MD was very cooperative with employees. He Encurage to show your skills and development.

Some employees and staffs Who are working high posts under the MD, they are not responding properly, rude behavior with employees. And very very worst politics is there some senier employees .they do fraud works. and they are really cheated to company and md Also. And everyday doing debit debit and finally debit From hod Mohan ram.
