Used to be a good company before all the good employees started to leave one by one

...and there is no 1,3,6 month vision. Everyone just fights to survive another day. Below are the major problems -No Vision -Delayed salary (in my 14 months time, We have received salary on time for 1 month) -Random Salary cuts, If you make even a small mistake, get ready to pay for it from your pocket. -No ownership, Like any other startup you are supposed to work on a lot of things even outside your set of expertise, That too on really tight deadlines as nothing is planned, And with no scope of failure, otherwise you will pay from your own salary. -No Responsibility, Your success is of the company, And your failures are your own. -Lies a lot of lies, you will come across random lies, be it for salary, funding, projects, awards, project timelines, revenues, deadlines, task urgencies. Advise to new joiners - Don't, And run as far away as you can, and the sooner the better Advise to management - Stop playing games and cheating others and things might become good again.

Amazing working environment with a lot to learn. You get to interact with top 1-2% of India's population as they are the one's you sell the houses to. Its a family that you make along the way and enjoy every bit of it

Dislikes

The ownership level is high, and with great power comes great responsibility as well. So be prepared for some sleepless nights, but every minute will be a learning experience

So they got my previous review deleted, so let me summarize again. This is the worst company to work with. they don't admire their talent or hard work. I have a lot of stories and instances to prove my point but they will just get this review deleted as well, So my advice is, talk to the former employees before joining and you will be saved from a very painful experience.
