My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Alvio culture is very bad and Behaviour is very bad.

Very bad management that cause Medical Representative and Area Business Manager lefts frequently and salary is not given on time . If Alvio will grow in india upper management will change immediately.

The company is run by the owners family with their own set of rules. Young directors want to implement the changes which is now accepted by the older family members or promoters. Difference is opinion leads to employee dissatisfaction resulting in job insecurity. You never know when you'll be asked to leave the job! Highly unprofessional work culture and full of bad politics within the company which hampers the growth.

The work pressure is very high. There is no any culture to professionally. Specially zsm Mr ashok tiwari bihar based and vp Mr Parmod his behaviour is very rudly against empolyee. He is never listen to empolyee problem. I think company should left these two guys.
