Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Good friendly nature boss and colleagues. They take your opinion.

...ar. 2. No Incentive on machine sales, they offer you Incentive but not give. 3. No salary slip so unnecessary cutting from salary. 4. Every month need sales 5. They can cut your salary more than 50% on March end. Also threatened to deport from job forcefully. 6. Order on your name keep to another person name Lot of issues in these work in company.
