I completed one year in that company, but I used to feel extremely frustrated. We had to wait until the 7th of every month for the salary. Almost every time, I had to extend my shiftWhen I submitted my resignation, no one tried to retain me—none of the managers even asked why I was leaving. On my last working day, I had to personally go to each department and collect signatures for the resignation formalities.

This was my first company I joined in very less salary also and I was got very good team their

Work culture is worst. No team management is there. No promotion no salary hike Some employees faced overwhelming work load while other had to do. Frustrated team leader.

There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

...n this company.The work environment is also not good there is too much politics. If you ask for holiday and go they hold your salary.Entire Management is not good.

No salary increament policy for L1. Leave need to inform by email 2 week before. Only 10% salary increament after IJP. Which may take more than 3 months. Without giving any position on paper getting work done for RTQM, TL, QA. Not having a good cafeteria, washroom. No incentive to be created on time. No transportation facility.
