Am still searching the what is in good this company

As i have applied for the notice period of 15 days before 6 months completion, they said they will approve and at the end they said to work for one month's, if you are unable to work for one month's, they said to pay to company remaining notice period. I am in emergency i have agreed to pay for company our maneger Ajith Kumar sir and team leader mohan sir have agreed. After my last working day on date 17/05/2022,mudassar sir have rejected my approval at the end of my day they rejected my approval and they treated me very badly. Mudassar sir has said wr will not pay any amount. I have worked for 22 days and last 2 months I not got correct payment. For the first time i felt very bad experience in altruistic technology company. Finally even not paying single amount they cheated me.

...n affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them.

This was my first company I joined in very less salary also and I was got very good team their

Work culture is worst. No team management is there. No promotion no salary hike Some employees faced overwhelming work load while other had to do. Frustrated team leader.

There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

Good company guys …u can improve ur knowledge and communication skills . Otherwise nothing is good

...n this company.The work environment is also not good there is too much politics. If you ask for holiday and go they hold your salary.Entire Management is not good.
