ALTRET is not a company, Its a like university which provide ample apportunities to individual to sharpen knowledge, skills. Work environment is very breatheble and management is very sensible having strong belief in ethics and transparency .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow , more focus on incentive / performence bases growth, Some time management likes and dislikes involves in rational decisions.
