Hard work is always recognized, rewarded and awarded. HR and Management are very approachable and supportive. Constructive feedback is shared on timely manner and grooming is done in a very constructive way. Even smallest feedback shared is always taken care off. Work Culture is professional. People here are very polite and helpful. Employee engagement is also very good. Outings, Birthday celebrations and Festivals are celebrated with Enthusiasm.

There is job security. Even during the pandemic, there was no pay cut or lay offs .The management is good. There is a open door policy. Seniors welcome feedbacks from team members and are always approachable. Actions are taken basis feedbacks. There are various benefits the company is offering, be it providing transport, food arrangements, Mediclaim, casual dress code to name a few.

No unnecessary work pressure or slogging at work, lot of upskilling opportunities, fun, wellness and life enriching initiatives, philanthropic mindset are few qualities that set the company apart from others! The company is not an employee-centric. A humanitarian feeling is missing in the work culture. Work culture is not lively. Out of the box, thinking is not welcome. the office is located beside a dumping yard. Employee management is missing.
