If there is work pressure you don't have any work life balance. Also can have to work on weekends though you will get double pay for weekend.

When the market is stable, Incentives can be made equal to your salary. Lenient login in/out timings, working hours doesnt matter as long as the work is completed, you can log off. Day off policy is lenient, Salary will be credited on time!

Dislikes

1) Job security is terrible, even if you are ling time employee, you can be removed at anytime without proper explanation! 2) Managers, TL are very harsh instead of Analysing/motivating/helping when a mistake is made, they scold, demotivate, appraisal si held for another cycle stating one mistake and even put employees under (PIP) and cut incentives for entire month 3) Partiality/Favours are very much there, and if you show too much loyalty you are bound to do extra work

One good thing about the company is they will make you comfortable exit and full and final settlement will be given on time with exit papers..nothing apart from that

Dislikes

Everything includes NO SALARY HIKES even after younwork for 10 to 15 years, EGOISTIC,DEVIL Team Leader (who is famous in FAVOURISM who lets you down like anything Management there are some floor leaders who only LISTENS to egoistic team leaders shoes thy lic them and targets employees) ..DO NOT JOIN ASSURANT....

I had opportunities to move to other departments and learn the process.

There is a lot of politics and managemebt doesnt address issues. Salary hike wont bw there for 2 to 3 years.. Gives reasons for it. Growth is impossible as they expect us to da daily work. No much learning.

Cool company to work with... Joined here as a fresher became team leader within 5yrs span. never thought would stay here for long. Friendly atmosphere, good people management.

Dislikes

No hikes for 3 months and this happens every year. Salary is bare minimum should pay more to employees atleast when they get promoted. hikes are not great
