Everything, No Appraisal or increment from last 3 years, No Promotion, No Bonus, Not even Retention Bonus, Got 25% cut in salary. Somebody please give me offer, I'll leave this shiit hole.

There is nothing much that I can mention about what I liked about working in Altisoure. Probably the only thing that I liked working in Altisource is that it had a pretty decent cafeteria.

Dislikes

...of sync at time. They sometime take big decisions only to reverse few days back. Does not seem consistent with their approach of cost cutting. There anr many more.

Cool company to work with... Joined here as a fresher became team leader within 5yrs span. never thought would stay here for long. Friendly atmosphere, good people management.

Dislikes

No hikes for 3 months and this happens every year. Salary is bare minimum should pay more to employees atleast when they get promoted. hikes are not great

My trainer who was also my team leader and my floor lead were very understanding cooperative learnt alot from them as this was my first job did mistakes but learnt from it. Work Environment is very light had fun. Thank for your support guys.

Salary was less because of which I was under ESI insurance which was like no insurance.

...orked for 6.2 years, have seen many times lay-offs without prior notification. Compensation is little lower than market standards.

Dislikes

No job security.
