Everything, No Appraisal or increment from last 3 years, No Promotion, No Bonus, Not even Retention Bonus, Got 25% cut in salary. Somebody please give me offer, I'll leave this shiit hole.

I like to work in Altisource when I was there. It's really an amazing place compared to other companies. I got a good team. Management is good for employees.

Learning wise...was ok....but if you talk bout salary and promotion...they will not give you anything...ds was the only reason why I left that organisation so think twice and thrice ....before joining altisource....

...ees and change business direction every year which will impact on the employees. They pay well and they don't have variable component. I feel Altisource is good for short time.

Dislikes

HR will not involve much or no importance. Key management sits in USA and Indian team has to stretch hours to sync with US timings.
