They do not value the employee satisfaction to the work. If client is happy with the work delivered by the employee, then company will be happy but employee will not be. Eg:- Employee is extremely good is technology but client uses him for documentation only rather than utilizing his technological skill. But employee completes his work in time without satisfaction in the job. Eventually he himself will resign from the job

- Good salary - Free Udemy learning platform - Wi-fi reimbursement every month - Points system that you can reimburse for Goodies - Permanent WFH in some projects. - Good number of clients to work with.

Dislikes

- Sometimes work life balance can take a hit in some projects. - Appraisal can go for a toss, if you get a loving manager. ;)

Likes

In every aspect Altimetrik is Top performer, Whether it's work life balance, salary and hike. Also Altimetrik has Quality of work and technology . Cousera is learning platform for everyone.

Dislikes

Only one Issue with Altimetrik is Job Security. Short Term projects(3 months) due which you will come on bench regularly. Still clients don't see Altimetrik as a Brand, due to which employee also don't get that kind of respect. Majorly it's staffing, don't have in house ODC projects.

Pathetic work culture and management. It's more like a religious institute than an IT firm with head weight idiotic managers, their politics, and their favorite subordinates who dances to their tunes with zero job security. You are treated like cows in a slaughter house.

-> Good pay -> Easy interviews (they also ghost you even after clearing the interviews)

Dislikes

-> Got fired for being sick for some time (1.5 months). No compassion or humanity. -> No regards to their employees, ready to replace you without any consideration. -> Managers do not have any technical understanding to support them, they just focus on body shopping and pleasing the clients. -> Incompetent HR. -> Talent Acquisition team focuses on their department only, and do not consider for other skillset, no sync between other departments, they will lash out if bypassing them for referring.
