Client based company Attractive salary but increment is based on the client you are going to work No security incase of if you are going to work in legacy clients Some client will treat you as slave since you are a vendor for them. Think twice before join

Provides good salary, has platform for skill development.

Since it is a consulting agency, they have no direct projects . They will provide false promises for joining you in this company( like you are already in clients project). Then they will put you in bench. Even if you get selected for any client project , it is completely depend upon the lead there. If he doesn't like you , you are screwed. They will place you in different project available irresp ctive of your location and skillset. Your career will be doomed .

They provide flexible timings good package snacks work culture all seen to be good but it's a different story altogether you will be in bench very frequently and forced to clear client interviews

So many fake promises zero job security interviews will be with client after you join failing which you will be terminated after 40 days

Free lunch and lavish parties. Btw they dont pay due bonus to employees but spend crores over year end extravaganza....

...tiple customers ...whaterver and whichever project comes is only because of him. They recently have lost their biggest client paypal in a single day. Altimetrik is not a people friendly company and adopts a hire and fire policy. They hire people when they have a project with an intention to fire them if the project doesnot not materialize or project gets over. Be very careful of joining this company. Join at your own peril.

Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.
