I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

... cheat the employee for holidays, they have taken a lot of wasteful management. Those who cannot be mailed by paying 40,000 salary, Asha has entrusted a full workshop above the people, here all the fake work is done, they do fake marketing, fake bills. Company destroy the such people who have such knowledge, doesn't value for employees because of company hire person like Santosh bharmal his doing fake marketing.

If ALTIGREEN don’t terminate Ex service team immediately it’s hard to survive since they don’t have proper domain knowledge and playing cheap politics with hard working team. Trying to project leaders in the EV market but actually not all their projections are incorrect. Better not join this toxic organisation.

Company PR is very good. Everyone outside company feels wonderful company.

Management is direction less No Strategy for sales service Top Management changes their strategy every month Key client are unhappy with product & service Product is placed as premium but performance is equivalent to local product. Lots of product complaints but management is not ready to accept it. No fund with company No product commitment. They are lying to their channel, investors, employees and market about upcoming products.
