I really like how they manipulate their employees for work life balance.

Dislikes

Their management are so pathetic even they have courage to cut salary as on performance basis. As in general other companies give you appraisal, hike etc they will give you headache that you are as gud enough that we can give you a 1 percent of hike even.

Senior Management. The DS Director isn't well versed with the basics and yet intervenes in all implementations. The senior management in the organization is a group of peers from EXL DSC organizations and the HR head is director's wife with barely any idea of running things around. The company does define vision and outlook but does the bare effort to even count on it . It's a sinking boat . There have been around 7-8 resignations in the last couple of months and that too in a firm constituting of barely 50 members.

Would really thanks to the company for the guidance and helping me to enhance my skills in Python. Very happy with the management and helping nature of all the Leads. Company Culture is also very good and friendly.

The team was pretty interesting and peers team was good to learn a lot from. Worked in multiple projects at same time . Backend product manager was the only professional person in the senior management.

Dislikes

The DS director interferes in everything . Husband wife and friends from same company running a company. Every demo is built and last minute changes crash failure and no learning from this in last 1 year. HR team is somehow biased towards management and employee trust and transparency is a myth here. Salaries have been delayed twice or thrice of employees in last 1 year. Keep you in office for late hours on many instances and still your implementations are overwritten by interference. I guess a sales and marketing guy shouldn't be made tech freak as he sells himself to a good position and yet somehow fails to maintain stability of the product that has to be marketed on larger scales. The DS team is screwed up and a broke unit . Rectifications and a lot of changes in senior management are needed in order to steer them to an actual vision and growth .

I personally don't like anything about the company. It's just the Friday fun that was supposed to be good other than that nothing.

Dislikes

While working in this company, I often find myself grappling with an absence of work life balance, compelled to engage in writing code that is excessively cluttered and primarily intended for use on local server rather than on production. Also, they want us to be at the office all the time, even when we are not supposed to be working. If you try to work from home, they count you as absent. It's hard to feel secure in your job, and the people in charge the upper management is very toxic.
