They bought allscripts sunrise product for hospital management andgiving new touch and feel too product. Took so many steps to their client's

Dislikes

They are not taking care of their employees. Allscripts use to give bonus to employees that is cutoff. Everywhere cost cutting is implemented.

No Bonus, my senior didn't even know basics, and put all blame on me. She made impossible commitments to client to save her image and told us juniors that anyhow we have to complete the tasks by EOD, which was impossible bcoz SQL Server was shutting down due to her basic mistakes, so it was very toxic to work there.

Working from home is a boon.

Dislikes

Post acquisition the company is finding ways to reduce opex. Frequent rejection of benefits and salary increases is causing a lot of distress. There is no effort to improve sales rather the emphasis is on cost containment. Promotions are for only favourite onshore resources. Most efforts are ignored stating that is expected outcome.
