Working from home is a boon.

Dislikes

Post acquisition the company is finding ways to reduce opex. Frequent rejection of benefits and salary increases is causing a lot of distress. There is no effort to improve sales rather the emphasis is on cost containment. Promotions are for only favourite onshore resources. Most efforts are ignored stating that is expected outcome.

Dislikes

No hike after getting promotion. No good hike even if you get good ratings. Very old technology used. No proper road maps to get the work completed lot of adhoc request comes and you have to take that on priority leave all your planned works. Micro management.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
