...ls happening. Manager always shouting, no support, no training, only blame game. Salary also not coming on time, incentives just false promise. Work 24/7, but zero growth, only mental tension. Toxic place, worst management, simply using employees like machine. Better stay away, waste of time and career

Unethical Management, Toxic Politics & Poor Work Environment This company lacks basic ethics, transparency, and professionalism. Office politics is rampant, and HR and management are ineffective at handling employee concerns. Policies are inconsistent and often changed at management’s convenience, leading to a culture of instability and mistrust. On top of that, the work environment is unprofessional—employees get their seats changed if they simply talk to colleagues, as if casual interaction is discouraged. Basic facilities like clean washrooms and tissues are not provided, showing a complete disregard for employee well-being. If you’re looking for fair treatment, ethical policies, and a supportive work environment, this is NOT the place.

I worked for more than 1 year. Its good company for employees seeking experience and learning opportunity. Good Training was provided in the Manufacturing industry. Management is helpful in resolving all work related queries.
