Work life balance is excellent. Decent salary but not as per industry standard. Got a lots of chance for communicating with foreign engineer which can help you improve technical as well as communication skill.

Facilities are fair good enough like transport, canteen, medical reimbursement and health insurance coverage and working environment and working timings

Salary hike is not based on performance but based on personal relationship with HOD. Team work is not good. And internal working culture is bit political way of approach. Job security is also quite risky.

In this role I had very good work life balance and got lot of learnings. I was never worried about getting lynched from company as Railways is a very stable business.
