1. People looking for genuine growth with managers support and guidance don't join here. Managers attitude is "you will be okay until you work according to them else Don't know you at all they will put you under the bus anytime". 2. Performance Review is namesake to show your failure only HR is let down, employee themself do more HR job than HR themself... Complete failure I would say plus should bare with their cold attitude. 3. Even if you are not assigned work neither Manager nor HR is bothered only they will react if you yourself flag but the response would be you are incapable of doing your job and will be transferred to role which is neither matching your profile nor they will discuss with you. 4. Most important if you don't have choice other than joining company always ask for job description in written even get it signed by reporting manager as role what you get is entirely different than your experience ex in case you go to HR on role explanation reply will be "you should even be ready to take printout for your manager" 5. Let down for women employee as they will be sidelined for growth by commenting "You will not be available after working hours" or Will give work exactly at 6 PM or will ask to stay beyond working hours to give some update. If you resist be ready for constant comment in every team meetings by making them feel guilty for giving priority for personal commitment after working hours. Worst is giving comment on taking WFH when kid was sick that too during performance review and will be giving low score even you have worked outside your KPI.

High level politics and micro management, Approval required for sick leave, No job security, High level of workload destroys your personal life, No time for learning, Some employees do not even care about the work but they take credit of work done by other team members to get recognition and good salry hikes. North Indian employees are dominated by south Indian employees, Managers with no technical knowledge, Cafeteria size is like a small restaurant, Senior level employees are doing L1 and L2 tasks.

On time salary, no work after 6pm

Dislikes

Managers think they own you, typical Indian boss mindset, don't know how to speak with reportees. Avoid this Hyderabad site(ex Bombardier) site. Poor processes in work. Site needs a complete overhaul.

...their education and can derail one's career. No job security. Hike is around 5%. Variable pay on an average is 60%. Too much internal politics and favoritism. Managers here have a good work life balance. They will log off at 5pm, are allowed to take maximum wfh but team members are asked to sit till late in office and come daily. Worst company ever.

In this role I had very good work life balance and got lot of learnings. I was never worried about getting lynched from company as Railways is a very stable business.

Dislikes

The salary's were never on par with industry. Tendency is to not to promote and there is no long term vision. And the promotions are never based on the skill/merit but based on who cries loud.
