...ompany Nortec made a mistake now this company ALSTOM TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION. Will not pay me for the delivery as the dispatch will not acknowledge the mistake on the serial for the load and I delivery both load and Donna Williamson will not not pay for the delivery,will to say it was my mistake of picking up in Oklahoma and driving to Thomasville PA and driving to Greenville NC my load was instructed for me to head home , so ATL say I made the wrong drop off and now don't want to pay me,For a delivery I have no control of.yet I'm not a female..I have a hearing disability and willing to make money as my Livelihood.

I can't receive my pay after my 2 weeks heading home.

Good if you are looking for no fire kind of job where you get salary on time

1. People looking for genuine growth with managers support and guidance don't join here. Managers attitude is "you will be okay until you work according to them else Don't know you at all they will put you under the bus anytime". 2. Performance Review is namesake to show your failure only HR is let down, employee themself do more HR job than HR themself... Complete failure I would say plus should bare with their cold attitude. 3. Even if you are not assigned work neither Manager nor HR is bothered only they will react if you yourself flag but the response would be you are incapable of doing your job and will be transferred to role which is neither matching your profile nor they will discuss with you. 4. Most important if you don't have choice other than joining company always ask for job description in written even get it signed by reporting manager as role what you get is entirely different than your experience ex in case you go to HR on role explanation reply will be "you should even be ready to take printout for your manager" 5. Let down for women employee as they will be sidelined for growth by commenting "You will not be available after working hours" or Will give work exactly at 6 PM or will ask to stay beyond working hours to give some update. If you resist be ready for constant comment in every team meetings by making them feel guilty for giving priority for personal commitment after working hours. Worst is giving comment on taking WFH when kid was sick that too during performance review and will be giving low score even you have worked outside your KPI.

Big Salary gap between new hires and experienced resources. Biased managers. Always looking for your weaknesses to give bad ratings.

Quarters provided in Madhepura are the best. Learning and development is good and employee friendly culture.

Promotion delay No increment if you are from good OEM with good salary but tier 3 supplier persons will het more hike every year as their salary is less. Too bad .

...STOM sricity plant Last 3 months more than 40 peoples were resigned forcefully with out any proper reason Partiality in salary hike Wrong people getting promotion if boss is like Alstom selecting good peoples from market and spoiling their life
