That many leaders/Senior management work only for Anual bonus , where athey went to any limited focus on that . Not caring about the brand company or team members

Alshaya is the biggest retail co in the middle east and i really enjoyed a lot working in alshaya as a store manager and i learn a lot about retail

Compansation is decent compare to salary and mostly dont have anything to write dislike regarding respected co

...t teamnates every month we have a training classess..and have full job security.we get a salary on time..and alshaya gives ur transport allowances.very nice company i have never ever seen ..

There is group of people from Kerala they will not allow you to grow. They will promote there own people all the Managers in Finance all are from Kerala only and there is no proper account Handling even though people are working from Long time i.e above 10 Years. It will be continued like this means company will close as soon as possible. I will pray to god 🙏 chairman is will see this are all aspects and correct it. In the company 65% keral peoples are there.
