Office was very good in appearance. My manager was also so humble and supportive.

Salary was very less as per work and the process. Culture is company was also not that good. You will be bored at the time. You will be doing same work forever. There's nothing to learn more and get promoted in senior position. Management is very poor in responding. If you ask something they will just give you dates... Just postpone the date and they will not give you satisfied answer.

They do scam with new employee whenever they make new policy and stop the salary of new employee and when you ask then they try to manipulate

They are lie in every things salary is25500 but in your gerythr show 22900 and they deducted your salary any time and when you try then whole circle start with end with starting point

Nothing is good. Worst company and the most worst thing is management. Upper Management is incapable of making the decision.If you want to spoil your career please join this company

Work environment is good no work pressure, everyone is helpful. Handsome salary with great incentive. You will get the great opportunity to developed your self in pharmaceutical fields.

There is no dislike about the company the only things is that they didn't gave me 1 month salary.

Getting knowledge of USA pharmaceutical sales and how the market works their. Communication skills will develop as you will have conversations daily with foreign clients. You will get to know Negotiation skills and how to convert sales in B2B business.

Earlier stages there is a lot of pressure for learning process knowledge, generics & getting sign-up but after probation you will feel like harassed because you have to penetrate for sales everyday otherwise they will screw you daily for completing your sales targets(sales is b2b & accounts will be provided) & 3 signup(signup is making new customers through cold calling,leads are provided but used only) per month and their are deductions as well if targets are not completed & it's difficult to survive in ahemdabad with the salary they provide,but if you can survive for one year then incentive will start and things will become easy.last but not least don't ask for leave they will make you feel like a beggar,then also you will not get it😅.
