The principal has no clue how to run an educational institute. She keeps changing the rules each day and try to cut salary by bringing in new rules. Salaries are not paid on time.

Very few colleagues were good. Good ambience Less scope for learning new things.

...ments. Principal doesn't have etiquette to talk. Only sugar coated words by her. Biased policies and rubbish reasons to deduct salary. Long working hours without reason. After school hours though your work is done you simply sit and chat but can't go home. Don't know why even when students have left school, teachers are made to sit for hours. One more important con they have is deposit policy. When you join 1st month's salary only half amount will be credited, rest of the amount will be credited after completion of your tenure. Teachers discontinue the school very frequently.

Alpine is a great school to work with. The environment is teacher friendly, they are treated nicely and given a lot of appreciation. I was totally satisfied. Lots to learn here.

Salary hikes are not that lucrative.

Very bad workplace, always bombarding with work with poor deadlines and specially principal of this school is a gone case.

Salary is a big issue, second Pathetic workplace, lot of politics, Principal of the school is gone case, always bombarding with work with pathetic timelines More importance is given to parents and teacher is taken as slave

The environment of school was good as I joined as fresher and I learned a lot from this organisation . There are many good things about this organisation and the staff & school management is also good for teachers .

There are few negetive points as you can find anywhere in corporate .
