...t recommend that anyone goes through the experience of working for this Company. A Company which is nose deep in debt, unable to pay salaries to its employees and supports flattering the husband-wife duo by the employees for survival. A sinking ship with a husband wife duo at helm who are only bothered about taking loans and live a luxurious life on loaned money and have no concern about the employees.

Everything adverse you can think about a Company exists in this Company. Stay away from this company if you want a career and work-life balance.

I am writing this review to bring light the unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour of Mr. Ganesh Nabar, the legal head. He has been in serious acts of harassment by stalking employees over social media platforms, which is gross violation pf personal boundaries and privacy. Additionally, his actions have created a toxic and hostile work environment, making it extremely difficult for employees to focus on their responsibilities. The constant mental harassment and undue pressure he imposed are not only unethical but also detrimental to the well being of those working under him. The HR Head and Director, Miss Preeti Kumari is nothing but clown in the office, unfortunately the primary source of toxicity in the workplace. her lack of corporate background and relevant education is evident in her inability to address critical issue. It is clear that her position is not based on merit but rather due to her husband influence.

Dislikes

The Management. Both the promoters - husband and wife are pathetic. The GMD is nothing but an uneducated lady who has been put in this post because of her husband. They have no work ethics not are employee centric. Very bad culture, policies are different for different people.
