This company is a seismic service provider company so working environment and working culture is different from other companies..Here We learn how to live in outside world..far from ur families....lots of things we learn here...Different people from different states,culture,religion and also different countries work together here and learn lot of things from eachother..I am working here with lot of experienced people..And get to learn many things from them..Sometimes working is very hard here but it teaches me how to face problems and get solution for them...Overall my experience is good in this company...

Salary increments should be more better...So that employees can stay longer in this company..Rotaiional leaves should be on time..

I like the management and their cooperation with helping nature Seniors always respond positive and very good to helping us in any way Not much complicated policy and norms Great work culture of Alphageo

Got to work with different people around the world. I can now sustain situations in under pressure. Some people were really nice supportive encouraging but some were really mean and derogatory. Travel is one of the favorite thing I liked about this company. You get to travel different parts of the Country. Got to learn how to manage things in crucial times.

Dislikes

I did not find any career growth in this company or you can say it is very slow. Safety Standards were not maintained and people from abroad were given more importance than here. They are very slow in every process. The work is also Hectic sometimes.

I this I like most when we get off season in that we get 4 months leave and in on season if we work for 3 months we get 1 month leave

Dislikes

The senior who have shown attitude towards juniors and they won't willing to learn for juniors
