Work is Good but DOC Team leader Shrey Upadhya is worst inexperienced guy. I mean management so much illiterate that a he makes any street guy lead with 0%skill with 3 yrs experience. Truly if anyone looking for this co. Then please not to choose. They can fired u up in one night without any following MNCs etiquettes. 101% no job security... Trust me otherwise sooner u realized.

Honestly this Company have no job security cz they will fired u in one night telling ur performance was below the average. Think your performance not good when they realized after 10 months completed. Worst part that without a proper notification nor following professional MNC Etiquettes Even They will not tell u neither email you on your average performance which actually not reason but they will fired u. Trust do not select this co. They keep Street inexperienced team leaders Like for DOC team Shrey Upadhya a worst inexperienced illiterate guy.

Head Office professionally they have concerns to meet the targets and company to grow and its employees be happy with good environment and work culture.

Dislikes

1.Branch Office Alpha -Hyderabad, No one to monitor the progress.The department incharge play politics with employees ,Corruption,Manipulation,Favoritism and threatening which is demoralizing to sincerely working employees. 2.HR executive M .Shravani ,she edits her own attendance and someone punches her card when she is late and all her leaves are edited and sent to Head Office along with head of HR with some employees which they favor and support them. 3.No Head Office person audits the branch office (Alpha -hyderabad ) and verify the records of HR and the finances incurred.
