It’s a good place to start your career as a fresher. You will get to learn a lot if it’s for a technical role. I’m not certain about non-technical roles.

No appraisal will be processed. It has already been 2 years without appraisal. The pay is not as per market standards. Most of the freshers get underpaid and forced to follow strict timings.

The work culture and the fact that you get an exposure in such a special field is a plus point other than that, pay and other facilities are next to negligible

ADTL provides a really very good platform for fresher where you can explore the Avionics and Defense technologies in real time projects. Good work life balance.

Compensation and benefits are poor, its difficult to survive in metropolitan city with low compensation benefit. Also only alternate Saturdays off

You will get salary exactly on last day of every month.

Dislikes

No salary hike, only once in two years. Too much politics. U will be asked to do all sorts of work like both hardware, software documentation, testing etc, but finally you will end up without knowing anything.
