Company HR. & Director generate offer letter for me & said you will join from 15th April, When I join formalities & contact with HR for this on 15th April so HR Baldev Sharma had suggested for contact to MD Shubham Mittal.When I contacted him then I understand that that MD is talking to me try to cheat us... yet also I have worked 3 days but MD Shubham mittal is not doing proper guidance. If this type of Managing director working in this company so definitely Alpex pharma will be finished as soon as possible..

MD Ashwani Sehgal Was a Nice Person. He Is The Only Reason For The Alpex Brand Stands In Tiruppur. He Puts His Hard Work To Build That. But Now It Was In .....? Because Of Some People. In Branch Level There Is No Working And Management Culture. Branch Manager Didn't Speak With Employees (Except Those People Whose Knees Bends Down Before Him) Directly. He Needs Intermediater To Speak. I Did Worked Here For Two Years But He Speaks Only 2 Hours (Maximum Conversation Duration With Me). And There Is a Good Politics Team Here I Am Not Going To Mention Their Name I Explained Their Character And You Will Find Out Who Was That If Suppose You Have a Bad Luck To Work With Them. 1. Egoistic Person (He Always Wants We Will Be Next To Him). 2. Confidentless Person (Who Was Always Be Dependent First Person). 3. Nice Person (But Sometimes He Will Put Same Side Goal While The Time Of Joining With Above Mentioned Team). There Is Only 1 BM, 1 Accountant, And 4 Marketing And Sales Executives Are There. But Me And Another One Person Voluntarily Releived From The Job Because Of Poor Management. No Appreciation On Work Why I Am Saying This I Am Not Followed Much Previous Knitting Company For Pipeline Orders (Previous Customers). But Others Peoples (Above Mentioned) Will Do More Sales Through Pipeline Orders Only. But I Bring Some New Orders But BM Not Adjusted With My Customers (Payment Terms (60 Days Credit) And All). Sometime (Many Of The Times No Stocks Availability). But He Asks To Get Order (But He Told He Was Not Satisfied With My Sales). Very Poor Management (Tiruppur Branch Only), No Career Growth, No Increment, Not Recommended To The People (Who Wants To Learn) Recommended For Those People Looking For Comfort Zone. I Am Sorry Mr.Ashwani Sehgal Sir For This Review. But It's Need To Be Noted By Yourself! I Am Thankful To Your Organization Because It's Fullfilled My Financial Needs For 2 Years. But This Was My Terrible Work Experience With Tiruppur Branch...
