As its a domestic plant its good to start your carrier with it but if you're an experienced person then i will not recommended this organization at all. If you're a fresher and willing to join this organization then learn quickly and leave the organization as soon as possible because working Culture is not efficient enough to learn as per USFDA or any lower grade pharma Companies. The people working in this organization are there from many years so you are just a learner don't hangup with them.

Working Culture is not good. Working partiality done by the managers.
