very bad work environment.no rules,regulations.no one is there to review you.an illiterate employee gets higher salary and respect than a very well mannered and educated employee.even a person with lower academics profile may be your senior and you have to do the work according to them knowing that it is wrong.but when time comes you will be the responsible.no training is given at all.very worst company environment.
