Not at all process oriented, though they have 1200 employees. I liked the team I was working with in SBU3.

Dislikes

No process implemented. Every month delayed salary. Payroll person is very unprofessional, he is the biggest loophole in the company. Management not concerned about employees, nothing in place. Onboarding takes hell of time. No salary on time. No proper communication. No induction. No mail interaction. No employee engagement activities. NOT worth joining this firm until they set the right process and payroll. TAX deductions are too high. No benefits ..

...ee only provide drinking water. They offer much less pay compared to the market Don't have extra facilities for employees, they only pay the salary. No portal to monitor leaves and holidays or anything for that matter No letter of appraisal or promotion. Appraisal is entirely depends on your performance. No training for freshers and no referral bonus

...ce. Business owners calls all the shots. An employee will only get offer letter. No subsequent valid documents issued for any Salary Hike, Promotion, Appraisal letters whatsoever. Resulting in an employee who joined on X salary and leaving after couple of years will have the same documents as he had when joined without any proof of salary hike etc., as every year hike will be shown as only one component that is Incentive irrespective of number of hikes. So effectively from joining to leaving employee will have only onboarding offer letter and designation as proof of document. Such a bizzarre company.

Nothing to like except Hikes (without any proper document to prove the salary/designation change if any) from joining to leaving. No genuine letters issued in the event of any salary hike. Salary slips issued in paper form with multiple stapler pins, any hike given not split between salary components. Pay slips are issued after 1-1.5 months of salary credit which is on 7th every month. Sandwich concept of leaves. Many more. Only if you are fresher this company is good enough to gain experience.

Dislikes

Good for those who don't have a life. For people who are ready to spend 12-15 hrs working. Management is horrible. Hr department can be considered as name sake. Treat employees as labourers.
