Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours staright morning to closing till night...

Good Company having work culture to grow development both the part employee and employer. Job security is there.

Good teammates but Labor welfare have to do better enrichment on time performance appraisal / promotion / increments to support and retain good employees in the Organization.

I got the best leaders Mr. Dilsher singh(FOM) , Ms. Diksha prasad(FDM) who helped me to learn and grow. I learnt a lot under their leadership, guidance, support

Except my leaders FOM, FDM nothing was good over there I was asked to do over time and I did.... When I left the hotel and got my fnf amount they didn't gave the overtime amount and unnecessary deductions were there. I would never prefer to work in aloft orr neither I won't suggest that place to anyone

No professionalism. Due to dome urgent requirement in my home town I was unable to serve notice period however my FOM didn't granted the leaves so I left the company on urgent basis. After the second wave when I urged to join they ignore my acceptance and my clearence is still pending where ALOFT AEROCITY is demanding for 10000 RS for my clearence which is tough amount to be paid during the COVID-19. The FOM never balanced the good work environment in the team. I dont what happened in every morning where our GENERAL MANAGER failed to communicate with other HOD'S. They just ruining the name of ALOFT brand of MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL.

Not giving respond to our pf funds work timing is very poor they should manage the work timing as well as salary also very low salary regarding with work timing. It's been 2 and half year since I left the job i tried so many times to apply pf but it always got cancelled and whenever I tried to call hr he never respond my call and if he does he would say that I will check but he never did ....
