Company is good interms of dispersing salary on time. But growth prospects, training, job security,etc are all depend on how good you are with the boss. Big politics is there played by the middle management in all the above aspects. If an employee is fallen sick and need to go to his native place, the management will cancel his visa without notice. This shows that the company is not employee friendly. If you are a relative of the GM of a division or you are from his village in Tamil nadu, you can easily get all the benefits like handsome increments overseas training, etc. The owner is not aware of this fact as majority of the management team from CEO to managers are from TN.

...ite Supervisor and more speak to u and your parents abuse, u can't spell a word.if u say anything, they will cutt your salary,change your lacation Camp,give u warning latter.Every employee came here for their families need,for mony.Nobody want any violance.but uper staff is creating by irritating to employees.very bad.

Dislikes

U need to check employees accomodations.Are these liveable? Very dirty atmosphere in Security,labour,cleaner's camps.if u need vehicle for medical purpose,u nees to wait for 2-3 hours.it can more than your need. Uper(office) Staff's residency is very clean and livable.every facility is perfect. But lower than to office staff,managment not care .they think we all are animals.not human.they need to change their staff, Company owner need to check and ask their workers about their problems every month,for solve.

I have worked in the ELV division. There, job security seems to have reduced after Covid. Many were terminated. In my opinion, they do not give much importance to work-life balance either.

It is one of reputed and well established copnany in Bahrain.zThe group contains 32 divisions.37 divisions in Bahrain and others are located in Qatar,Dubai,KSA,and Oman. They have computer division,Office equipment divisions,Fire and. Safely divisions,Iron Mongry division ,Elecrical and Instamentation division,Distributors of Disel Gerator,Ups system,access control system,Hotel safe.. Parent company has delearsip of Nissan and Ford Cars.

Sadistic managers who are only bothered about their seat and free benefits from the company,management politics,training is only for technicians whom the trainer likes and not for improving technician skills and the end result is technicians who completed almost all the training only does normal service and removal/refitting jobs,No career growth, Comparitively low salary,appraisal/increment only for management selected people,No work-life balance,forced overtime work.Managers and supervisors say technicians should work without asking questions.
