This company one of the leading company in bahrain, also they have good projects are future. Almoyyed have good name in the market & ministry. I was really enjoyed & worked hardly, so finally I got a good name from every my client & consultant.

When I proved my self i am a good engineer, then management informed to handle three projects, yes I handled well...I got a good name, but when i submitted my salary increment letter, they didn't agree what I requested. So my suggestion don't loose good engineers with this small issue, Keep It & appreciate different angle...should be required who are working hard.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
