Everything is wrong with this company. I Medical doctor and on 11/2019 I bought for 57.000euro a demo soprano ice platinum with a new headpiece, from alma laser company.Two and a half years later the headpiece stopped working.Nobody knows why.It was exactly the time I was going to earn money from the laser.The company sold me a new headpiece for 19000euro. So I started from the beginning .Now I have to sell my laser because in 1 to 2 maximum another headpiece or other problem will be arise and I will have to pay again and again. I recommend nobody to buy from alma company .

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
