Work life balance is great as long as we learn to maintain boundaries. Working with one single client ensures complete knowledge of one industry. It is a great company for freshers to kickstart or someone with a gap to re-start their career and prove their ability. I was happy to see that the company does not discriminate and gives equal opportunity to all. That's commendable!

Dislikes

...nd it continues as a cycle wherein they are rude to their colleagues, as well. The pay does not meet market standards for the amount of work and business they receive because of the employees. The culture is low-key. Nothing too exciting in terms of team bonding. Upskilling opportunities are not at par when compared to other companies as they are very low level in terms of quality and depth.

Permanent work from home, no office visit. It is a good pace to work temporarily for short period of time.

No growth opportunity Low salary offered without any benefits and incentives Leave structure below industry standards Not actually "Research", it is daily target based data entry work. No job security, once you lose your client, you will have to start from scratch.

The culture is really good, and your queries are addressed promptly by the management. Great exposure to the western culture & clients. They try their best to grow people internally by skill development. All the senior leaders like the TLs, research head & director of research are really supportive & give continuous feedback for improvement. You have to a be a very good performer here as non-performance will not be tolerated. It does explain some of the bad reviews which might have been posted by the non-performers.

Dislikes

No bonus or extra perks during festivals. Due to the work timings, it may feel a bit exhausting as the whole day kind of is dedicated to work.

Co-founder is really very sweet. TL helped me when I started working on client but sometimes expect lot from fresher. TL is always there for the analyst even something goes wrong they try to save us. Company has a good training program and they trained us very well before assigning you to client. L&D specialist is very sweet and kind. She explain things so well and makes most difficult things easy. My batch felt so comfortable with her. Even now if we have any problem we reach out her. We never said but without her it would have been a difficult journey and most of them in the company will agree to it.

No Diwali Bonus Low salary They have issues with leaves as they are already giving very less leaves. Company should think about employees growth. They expect to gel with the client in first meeting as sometime it becomes difficult to understand the accent. They should understand there are cultural differences and it might take sometime.
