I feel so safe working with Allstate . In this pandemic situation where in people have insecurities regarding their job and salary deduction , we are so relaxed that Allstate is taking complete care of it’s employees. I am really glad to be a part of this organisation . Thankyou Allstate for serving us and our dependants !!!!!!!!

Earlier Allstate was a good company but now they are just focusing on cost cutting and laying off people every year.

...urity they are using very old technologies. High expectations. Micromanagement. Now they are just focusing on cost cutting.

Work like balance and tech stack exposure

Being a insurance company it asks employees to pay for the insurance of the parents and has 5k restrictions on the room rent which is too less for the current situation. Employee Insurance policy needs revision.

Full of politics no learning in any projects In the name of pair programming they micro manage as update of each hour Use abusive language in meeting specially pune team . They treat employee like shit . They manipulate higher management. If we someone complaint to HR about manager they put them in PIP and make sure they put papers without offer letter.

It feels really awesome as allstate is really different from other companies

Dislikes

Salary hike is very poor, where in a new employee gets a decent hike of 30+% and the employee working from years won't even get 10% properly, it would be really good if employee gets a decent yearly hike like around minimum 20%
