Monetary Growth is good but job level wise growth is very slow

You have to get through many layers before entering into management. So yiu have to be very patient and you have to be loyal. I guess good hike will help you bring out the loyalty.😁👍🤘

Yaaa as company is allowing everyone to work from home and move to your home town for safety and work from there but still I didn't get permission from last 5 months I'm been in Pune only.......
