This is a place where you can learn and grow. Company gives you ample opportunities to grow and make a difference. The leadership is very supportive in addressing any of your challenges and helps in trying to mitigate them. Personally i have seen employees growing from trainees to senior managers based on their skills. There is no concept of rigid bureaucracy in here, anyone skilled enough can become a lead and this might sometimes create a political environment at work. Company is very flexible in terms of timings and hybrid work policy. But the bottom line is good place to work, learn, grow and earn.

Dislikes

Maintaining work life balance is sometimes a bit challenging, as client requires you to attend late night calls on rare occasions.

Except receiving pay on time, nothing is positive.

Dislikes

They hire you for specific role and make you work on different roles based on the requirement. No process adaptability. Poor work life balance. No co-ordination amongst on-shore/offshore stakeholders.
