The salary slab is very bad. cab transportation is not organized professionally. drivers act locally very bad experience with the company transportation.

Compensation is decen, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14_18 hours straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths which is an why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.i do receive appreciate emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.also there is no on-job training for fresher's hence senior folk like me have to guide them step by step which is pain sometimes.....

It was a wonderful journey working with well supportive team and organisation was really good to work and gain skills

I don't like the thing is the pay scale is very low and no incentives for some process

...nd mobile submitting and High security he didn't give the mobile for lunch time.😡 This is very bad company and salary deduction and very poor company for sallery matter.

Everyone was supportive especially My Team lead Vivek who's currently promoted as Manager in same company supported me a lot even colleagues were so supportive and helpful.

Salary should be increased other than that everything seems to be fine n good.
