The company is very good when it comes to the culture. Being working in the alligator Automation gives satisfaction at the end of the day since working at the office doesn't feels a tiring job. Every senior gives equal opportunities tu juniors to learn and no one mistreats someone. Other than that great place to learn and to make yourself better every day. Most important values of the alligator Automation are key to success and when they achieve success they distribute into their employees in form of appraisal and other things. Great place to work.

Dislikes

Its not something to be disliked but the thing which has to kept in the mind before joining, the companies goal are very high and each employee works day and night to help them achieve, So if you are someone who's not into grinding day and night you should probably think about it. But overall a great place.

It is great platform to develop and learn industrial and technical skills.working system is out sanding, working culture is to good, people are supporting.

Dislikes

Company facilities is very good as compared to Indian company but not as per MNC standard And work load is to high.company location is to far from main city and no work from home facility.

I was almost 3.5 years in Alligator Automations. Nice to do work & learned much more things. Both Directors are very young & creative.
