If you talk about the job security then definitely you are not going on the right place. You are not going to feel secure even for one day. Even before the pandemic they're firing people without giving any previous notice. Office culture, environment nothing is there. Senior Managers are there in every department but they can't do anything regarding your job security. I will suggest not to join this company even in worse conditions, you should wait for better opportunity.

Work is worship that is company policy,they give me freedom to develop my knowledge and by my knowledge company will develop they believe on myself, my team were energetic and enthusiastic members.
