...e been even nominated in this. Management is not good job security is not there. Illegal termination going on if you raise this to the management then they will force you to sign that they are not at fault and through you away without paying even your salary. This is how they work can't imagine really a bad experience and never want this to be happen with anyone hence my guine feedback is this company doesn't deserve any such award. During lockdown it was really difficult to survive without job and food. Because of me being thrown out of this organization without even receiving my salary . But as we all know God hence with God blessing I have started my own women based organization started with zero now billionaire within 1 year. No proper management, not at all employee centric company, terminating employees no job satisfaction . I won't recommend any one to work here.

Good company if you are a freshser. Salary on time. Flexiable shift timings. Work from home option is also available. Some good people who will guide you for your betterment.

There are few managers who blow one's own trumpet but I really feel thye were literally thrown out from their previous organizations. Good company, if you are a fresher and you will definately meet some good souls who are really willing to make a difference but sadly they get dominated by the toxic set of poeple who thinks they own the company but the truth is they know nothing and pretend to be the smartest people on the planet.

When I joined this Company so there was many expectations I had however my every expectation got cancelled due to the company atmosphere and management behaviour

Nothing to like in this company company policy is good but manager are not.... your increment based on your quality not your hardwork...

...rimination at the time of increment or promotion...they always try to use you... they forced to do extra work without pay....

Company policies are good. Teammate are amezing and very helpfull also cafeteria is huge with good food. I was greatful to work with Allianz.

Political management, you will get a salary on time but not the same salary . Growth chances are not so good.
