The company is employee-friendly. There are a lot of employee engagement events that are held. The team I worked for was amazing and I loved going to the office.

The workload was more for my team and my salary was not satisfactory.

Salary package is not upto market standards. When comparing Allianz employees are getting paid less. Micro management is very much evident within team's.

Allianz is truly great company securing each employee's career and life. Company provide immense focus on employee upskilling and wellbeing. Always keen to drive for business outcomes without pushing employees so much.

Salary package is not so competent to bring everyone onto same band doing similar role. Little bit of favouritism still exists.

Allianz Services was a greatplace however there were quite lot of infiltrations from third party call centre and their thuglaq decisions spoilt eveything

As per the market standard Salary is too low for senior employees who is with the organisation for a long time. They don't even consider giving market correction as well.
