The company has lot of youth crowd, as they mostly target freshers, so there's lot of people you can get along with and not get the feels of you are working in an office setting.

Dislikes

The fixed promotion system, the fixed salary, no appraisals, they hold recognition awards every month but its mostly biased, lack of unprofessionalism from colleagues. (TLs & Managers are professional), no scope of work, just same old work of making calls and sticking onto your desk, there's lot of powerplay from so called tenured ppl in team, all the good opportunities and clients goes for them. And from last year they have started making rules like we are in school

I will never ever suggest anyone to join Allegis. They hire just to get commission from your salary. Harrasment No value No job security Torture Suffering every second Doesn't know even of a second when you will be fired.

...available to address our concerns. HR has not responded to any of our inquiries. There have been no salary hikes, no hybrid work options, no promotions, and no appraisals. It feels like HR is avoiding employees whenever we raise issues. My last meeting with HR was in October 2023, and it's been a year since then. My advice to future employees: Do not choose this company.

Leaves gets deducted without even applying, management, environment, always unavailable HR, Escalations wont work on HR, no body cares about emails, you'd get no help when you'd actually need, waste of money in Insurance as they wont help you, etc, etc

If you’ve prior experience and directly deployed at client location, your life will be easy. But as most of the OEM’s use Third Party Employees for 3D and 2D, you’ll not get to learn as much as the ones who are directly working for an OEM.
