Salary package is not good according work No job security and safety Seniors manager lever always insult demotivate other staff back office teams people Never speak politely . Pentry service is not good like water tea coffee . Pentry boys behaviour not good executive level and junior level employees Canteen boys pentry staff is more happy then the Employees .. Thanks i tell the truth of my 6 years experience I am sorry if I said something hurt anybody but i said truth . And many more things not good behaviour toward ladies . Weak heart lady can't do job there .

Worst experience. Management/promoter family has few favourites and whatever they say will be final. Projects are stared without any future prospects and after lot of efforts nothing moves. People are not helpful. You end up in anxiety and frustration as you will be held responsible for everything that goes down.

Disappointed as an IT person.. Non IT people are driving IT projects which creates huge gap in communication as well as at time of appraisals

Work culture is better compared to other organisations. Since its a small organisation, the visibility and opportunity to work with top management is very high.So One can come here for getting a good profile and then shift to other organisation

Dislikes

The salary is bit Lower than the standards. HR and HR policies are not up to the mark. There is different rules for different people. And lastly it is a family run organisation so apparently one will lose the motivation.
